Preorder Policy

What is a preorder?

Placing a preorder means you are reserving an item by purchasing it before Mustard Fringe has it in hand. The estimated date of delivery is stated in each preorder listing, but please note this is an estimate provided by the manufacturer, and can be delayed. Rest assured once we have the item in hand we will ship it out to you with our typically quick processing time of 1-2 business days. 

Shipping

If you'd like your in stock items to ship now, please place separate orders for in stock and preorder items. If preordering, please separate orders for estimated ship dates. For instance, if ordering from a collection expected in July, please order separately from a collection expected in October. This way you can get your orders as they are released. Any in stock items ordered with preorder items will be held and shipped together once all items are available for shipping. Likewise, any preorder items with different estimated arrival dates will ship once all items are in. 

Cancellations

Please know that all preorder sales are final. Preorders cannot be canceled or changed. I appreciate your understanding. 

In the event we do not receive the preorder items as expected or with adequate inventory, orders will be filled in the order they were received.
